Convex, then flattened, usually with a distinct central bump, often with translucent radial lines at the margin, surface sometimes slippery, brown to reddish brown, margin pale, to about 5 cm across

Decurrent, often with veins between the gills, whitish to pale brown

Equal or slightly broader at the apex, surface dry, fibrous, to about 7mm wide and 5 cm high
